Executive Order 14319: Preventing Woke AI in the Federal Government
Requires federal agencies to procure only large language models complying with two 'Unbiased AI Principles', truth-seeking and ideological neutrality (no DEI-encoded outputs), with compliance demonstrable via disclosure of system prompts and evaluations rather than model weights. Imposes transparency terms on AI vendors through federal contracts.
